In this issue we talk to Rita Griffin about the free training she received on the Digital Champions project. Having never needed to use a computer, she felt left behind. We matched her with a trainer from L&Q who taught her the basics.

Our merger with the East Thames group is fast approaching. We asked our residents about their hopes for the new-look company. You can find out what people said.

There’s also a summary of this year’s residents’ report where you can see how we did this year.

Elsewhere, you can read about Fayann Simpson who took over as chair of the resident board this autumn. We also meet Marietta Martin who has been an L&Q resident for over 40 years. She tells us all about her life as a retired person and her close-knit family who live in the flat below.

Finally, there’s a chance to win £100 in vouchers in our competition. All you have to do is answer three questions. Good luck!.
