Rating Your Repair
L&Q has arranged for a research company (BMG Research) to
phone some residents who have received a repair to ask them to rate
the quality of the repair work and customer service. Alternatively,
we may also contact you for the same reason.
We use your feedback to help us improve our repairs and maintenance service.
Opting out of telephone surveys
If you wish to opt-out of telephone surveys you can do so by calling 020 8557 2159 (24 hour messaging facility) or emailing email@example.com leaving your name and address.
Send your comments online
If you wish to comment on the quality of repair work, you can complete our compliments, feedback and suggestions online form. Please remember to include your tenancy number, address and the details of the repair.
