Our dedicated Complaints team can help if you're unhappy with the service you receive from us and need the issue to be investigated.

Before submitting a complaint, please make sure you tell your Neighbourhood Services Officer or our customer service centre about this issue.

We'll aim to respond to your request within ten days.

Need help with making a complaint?

If you can't make the complaint yourself or simply want the support of others, you can ask a friend or carer to help you.

Our complaints procedure is also open to those acting on your behalf, for example, a Residents Association, MP, Councillor or Citizens Advice Bureau.
