Procurement, Approved supplier, supplier, tender

We're proud to work in collaboration with a variety of national, regional and local suppliers, housing and development sector partners and voluntary and charitable organisations.

We're also fully committed to conducting our business in a lawful and ethical manner, working clearly and transparently.

How do I become a supplier?

We advertise our requirements on our supplier portal.

If you're interested in supplying goods or services register now to receive notifications of new opportunities.

Some of our most frequently asked questions:

Tendering opportunities

We treat suppliers fairly with equal access to all tendering opportunities and our tenders can be found on the supplier portal.

Under European legislation, we advertise tendering opportunities for high value contracts in the Official Journal of the European Union

We regularly undertake soft market testing exercises with suppliers. Suppliers should, however note that they will not be prejudiced by failure to respond to soft market testing exercises. Also, a response to testing exercises does not guarantee any invitation to participate in any future tenders.

What does L&Q expect of their suppliers?
